I can't really put my feelings about Kelsi into words. She is truly a special human being, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have fallen into her caring and capable hands. Almost a year ago now I called In Memoriam on a Saturday evening after my friends wife had suddenly and tragically passed away. I was so surprised that someone actually answered the phone. I was even more surprised that she understood exactly what was happening, and that she could not only help, but that she was truly eager to be of service and take away as much of our burden as possible. The next day we went to see her and she took such great care of us. She had already taken care of a huge amount of painful tasks that none of us had any idea how to even remotely approach. Her kindness meant the world to all of us. I was moved by how gently she handled all of the hard stuff, and how easy it was to be around her and to trust that she had only our best interest at heart. I can't say enough good things about Kelsi and In Memorium. I really do feel lucky to have found her.
