We cannot thank Kelsi and her team enough for their outstanding work after our son’s unexpected death. From the moment we called her we felt confident we called the right person. She offered suggestions but never pressured us. She helped us organize everything from the church to the service to the cremation. She was very professional, patient, sincere and compassionate. My experience with In Memoriam was so comforting. Kelsi met with me at my mother's Assisted Living home, right before we went on a long-planned vacation, to help me with my options in case my mother passed while we were away. Kelsi had everything in place so my family wouldn't have to make the tough decisions, just in case. Sure enough, my mother passed away while we were gone and Kelsi took care of all of the details. She worked with my daughter to get a beautiful upgraded urn and even helped my daughter send some of my mother’s ashes to a glassblower to include in his piece. I can't really put my feelings about Kelsi into words. She is truly a special human being, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have fallen into her caring and capable hands. Almost a year ago now I called In Memoriam on a Saturday evening after my friends wife had suddenly and tragically passed away. I was so surprised that someone actually answered the phone. I was even more surprised that she understood exactly what was happening, and that she could not only help, but that she was truly eager to be of service and take away as much of our burden as possible. The next day we went to see her and she took such great care of us. She had already taken care of a huge amount of painful tasks that none of us had any idea how to even remotely approach. Her kindness meant the world to all of us. I was moved by how gently she handled all of the hard stuff, and how easy it was to be around her and to trust that she had only our best interest at heart. I can't say enough good things about Kelsi and In Memorium. I really do feel lucky to have found her.

You never want to have to search for a funeral home, but unfortunately last week I did.

I'm from out of town and was pretty torn up with the situation my family and I were in, so the thought of researching funeral homes seemed like an impossible task.

Fortunately, everyone in the hospital unanimously recommended In Memoriam, and that's when I met the angel on Earth that is Kelsi. She couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. My family had some requests that I know she didn't have to make happen, but she did without question.

Kelsi and her husband were honestly heaven sent to us during this extremely difficult time of our lives. We had no idea how to navigate the process of my father's burial and funeral all in the midst of our grief, but after calling around we talked to Kelsi and she immediately put our worries aside so we could focus on taking care of each other. Her prices were not only less than the others we called, but she did so much more, from coordinating the veteran funeral, making prayer cards for the mass, paying the church and organist on our behalf, to actually accompanying us to the funeral to make sure our guests knew where to go. She arrived before and set everything up, and stayed late making sure everything important was in our possession. She made an extremely difficult situation easy and for that we are eternally grateful. Our family and I could not recommend her and In Memoriam enough.
