Sally Saindon Obituary

Sally Lou Saindon, 85, of Broomfield, CO, passed away peacefully, August 14, 2022 in her apartment at Keystone Assisted Living in Westminster, Colorado, with her family by her side. Sally was born on January 9, 1937 in Greeley, CO, the daughter of late Wayne and Leola Snider; she was their only child. Sally was the beloved wife of the late Ivan Saindon. She was a loving mother to her children, Katherine (Erger) Davis, Shari (Erger) Frank, Julie (Erger) Friegang and Keith Saindon, and a devoted grandmother to her 7 beloved grandchildren, Ryan, Kevin, Sean,Courtni, Tyler, Jordyn and Brooke.

Sally is survived by her two daughters and son, Kathy (Chuck) Davis, Shari (Terry) Frank and Keith (Niki) Saindon. Sally leaves behind many beloved great grandchildren Ryan, Ashlynn, Jordan, Izzy, Charlie, and Zelpha.

In her early years, Sally lost her mother and went to live with her Grandmother. She graduated from Brighton high school and married her first husband Ralph Erger and was so proud to have worked on her In- Laws family farm. In her twenties, Sallystudied Dog training and grooming. She had a passion for dogs, cats, and animals of all kinds. Sally raised and showed poodles and never missed a dog show. Sally went on to become a banker. She loved this work and spent over 25 years in the industry.

In her later years, Sally spent many hours giving back to others in need through her volunteer work. She was a humanitarian who gave of herself and her energy, including her service and outreach to hospitals needing a smiling face and a helping hand. Sally was a loyal parish member who served Saint Catherine’s Catholic Church, and we, the family, remember her angelic voice as the soloist in the choir. She leaves behind many friends, and family.

Sally will always be remembered for her sharp mind, kind heart, and passion for life. She was always ready to help in moments of need. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She is forever in our hearts and will not be forgotten.

Mom, We Love You!
