Mary T. Henry

Mary Theresa Masterson Henry, age 84, passed away in Broomfield, Colorado on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. 

Born January 24, 1936 in Newark, New Jersey, the daughter of Anthony and Edna (Danowski) Masterson, Mary spent her childhood and young adult life in Newark and Lakewood, New Jersey with her four brothers Andy, Jim, Bob and Dick; and two sisters, Caroline and Madeline. 

In 1958, she married John Charles Henry, also of Newark, New Jersey and relocated several times, including Upstate New York; Cleveland, Ohio; Englishtown, New Jersey; Oakville, Ontario, Canada; finally settling in Broomfield in 1985. John and Mary celebrated 62 years of marriage in November and raised five children together: Daughters Linda, Caroline, Susan, and Mary; and son John. 

Mary was blessed with 18 grandchildren: Katie, Megan, Ashley, Delaney and Bailey (Linda and Kevin); Maddie, Carrie and Kelli (John); Will, Bridget and Teddy (Caroline); Jack, Charlie, Holly and Henry (Susan); Kevin, Andy and Quinn (Mary and Jay); and three great grandchildren: Logan and Macy (Maddie and Levi); Miles (Megan and Chris). 

Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother and remembered most for her wonderful family celebrations and traditions; sassy wit and strength; and complete love and dedication to her grandchildren. She touched the lives of so many and will be missed dearly.
