Maria Umbrello-Pepe

Maria Umbrello-Pepe passed away at the age of 95 in Arvada Colorado, on November 23, 2020

Maria was born to Italian immigrants on July 27, 1925 in East Boston. Her sister Theresa was born when Maria was 5. The family moved to Medford, Massachusetts in 1941. Maria was a book keeper in the medical field and later worked at Synthon where she met her husband to be Natale Pepe. Natale and Maria were married on November 8, 1986. They loved going to the horse track together. Maria loved going to the opera, gardening and crocheting. She also loved spending time with her family both back east and in Colorado. Maria lived in Medford until her husband passed away in 2016. She then moved to Colorado to be with her sister Theresa and her 2 nieces (Lisa & Pam).

Maria was preceded in death by her husband Natale and her father and mother, Domenico and Emmanuela.

She is survived by her sister, Theresa, her nieces Lisa (Bill) and Pam, 8 grand nieces and nephews and 6 great great nieces and nephews.

A blessing and benediction took place with the immediate family. A celebration of Maria will be held at a later date.

Maria was loved deeply and will be missed by all she touched.
