Bonnie Nelsen Obituary
Bonnie Jean Nelsen was born March 30, 1930 (3-30-30) at the family home on her parent’s farm in Dundy County, Nebraska.
Her parents are William and Mary Amanda Baney. They had 11 children.
She was married to Delbert Nelsen for almost 60 years. They had 7 children and over 40 Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great Great Grandchildren.
Her family will miss her deeply but are very happy that she is in heaven with her husband and son.
Services for Bonnie will be held on Friday, April 29, at Elmwood Baptist Church, 13100 E 144th Ave, Brighton, CO 80601, with a public viewing beginning at 10:45 a.m. Her funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a reception to immediately follow.
Her committal ceremony will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Fort Lupton at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be made to Elmwood Baptist Church.
