Timothy Scott Dyer, known to most as Timmie, passed away on March 24, 2026, at the age of 48. He was born on March 4, 1978.

Timmie is survived by his beloved daughter, Nixyn; his mother, Jenni; his stepmother, Donna; his brothers, Eric (Christina), Joe (Ashley), and Nick (Melissa). He is also survived by several nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Scott, and his stepfather, Butch.

Timmie was a devoted father to his daughter, Nixyn, and often reminded her just how much she meant to him, telling her, “I love you to infinity and beyond, to the moon and back, always and forever.” That love was the center of his world.

He had a deep passion for cars and trucks, especially his award-winning 1978 GMC C-15 pickup, which he took great pride in. Timmie enjoyed attending and participating in car shows, often alongside his mom, Jenni, and his daughter, Nixyn. Those moments reflected not just his love for vehicles, but his love for family, friends and time spent together.

He also loved going to baseball games and rarely missed a Colorado Rockies opening day, even while remaining a lifelong Dodgers fan in Rockies country.

Timmie was known for his spontaneous dad jokes and his unmistakable personal style—often seen in his collection of trucker hats, flannel shirts and even the occasional Marty McFly puffer vest. He formed deep, unconditional friendships with those around him, especially within his car community, where he was respected, appreciated, and genuinely cared for. 

He will be remembered as someone who connected easily with others and left a lasting impression. The outpouring of stories and memories shared by so many speaks to the wide circle of people whose lives he touched.

He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who had the chance to know him.
