Paulla Phipps of Broomfield, Colorado passed away at the age of 75, after a short battle with
metastatic liver cancer.
She was born on 6/12/1949 in Wichita, Kansas to parents Paull Dugan and Billie Jean Dugan. Paulla spent her working days at Sun, Cognitive, and Wanco, as well as many years at Storage
Tek in Cost Engineering & MLC, where she first met Larry Farner, who became her life partner. Larry preceded her in death in April 2024.
Paulla is survived by three siblings; a brother, Donald Dugan, and two sisters, Glenda Florea and Pam DiVigil as well as her four daughters; Tamra Phipps, Gina Phipps, Lisa Kiamas, and
Kimberly Phipps. She also had two stepchildren, Kristi Moore and Brian Farner.
Paulla was blessed with thirteen grandchildren and over a dozen great grandchildren. She was known for her dedication to family and friends, she loved spending quality time with
her loved ones.
Her final days were spent at home with family and dear friends by her side. She will be dearly missed by everyone that was fortunate enough to have known her. Memories of her will make us smile until we meet her again.
There will be a Celebration of Life sometime in October, for close friends & family.
