Nick G. Pappas, beloved Husband, Dad, and Grandpa passed away on August 31, 2024 in Longmont, Colorado.  Nick served in the United States Air Force for 22 years.  For his second career, he was an Agronomist for Natural Resources Conservation Service in Northern California for 20+ years.

Nick was born in Ogden, UT on January 31, 1932 to Gus and Katherine Pappas.

Nick was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Jo An Pappas.  Nick is survived by his children Michael (Anne) Pappas, Catherine (Greg) Seals, and grandchildren Nickolas (Jess) Pappas, Nathan Pappas, Rachel (Ethan) Stevens, Andrew Seals and great grandchildren Bennett Pappas, Carter Pappas, and Wells Stevens.

Nick’s service was held on September 9, 2024 at Sts. Peter & Paul Greek Orthodox Church in Boulder, Colorado.  Nick was laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado on September 10, 2024.
