MaryAnn Graham

MaryAnn Graham, age 70, passed away in Lafayette, Colorado on January, 23 2020. 

Born February 15, 1949, daughter of Peter and Floriene Urban.  She lived in Broomfield, Colorado and worked as a Records Supervisor at the Lafayette Police Dept. for 35 years until retiring in 2014. MaryAnn was a member of the Lafayette Fire Dept ladies auxillary, St. Vincent Depaul volunteer and volunteer at Nativity Catholic Church

MaryAnn is survived by daughters; Nicole Cortez (Robert), Melissa Runey (Erin), and Laura Johnson. Her 8 grandchildren; Cassandra, Jered, Andrew, Michaela, Katlin, Darby, Sophia and Anthony. Her sister; Trudy Symanski, her sister in law Madge Berry and sister in law Monique Graham, and many nieces and nephews. MaryAnn Graham was preceded in death by Larry Lee Graham, “Bear”, her husband.

She lived for her Faith and Church, her daughters and grandchildren all her family, and many friends. Her 70 years of life were very full of love and joy.  She loved Bingo, Las Vegas, pitch, music, book club, Friday lunches with her fire department buddies, hanging with highschool friends and her Urban cousins, and pancakes with her grandson Anthony.  While most people pour from a cup, our mom, MaryAnn, poured herself out of a bucket for everyone around her.  She had been without her only true love, Bear, since December of 1991 and now she is reunited with him in Heaven and getting the rest she deserves.

A rosary will be held on Monday, January 27, at 5:30 pm at Nativity Catholic Church in Broomfield. Her service will be Tuesday, January 28 at 10:00 am at Nativity Catholic Church in Broomfield.  Relatives and friends are welcome at the Louisville Elks for a Celebration of Life reception following the service.

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of MaryAnn Graham to St Judes Childrens Hospital.
