Martin Joseph Gallagher

Marty Gallagher, 75, born on October 26, 1949, passed away on October 1, 2025.

Marty is survived by his loving wife, Lynne, of 52 years, his daughter, Eryn Lee Gallagher Balding, and her husband, Kris Balding, his two grandchildren, Hadlee Lynne, and Finnegan Kristoffer, his two sisters, Patty Gallagher, and Karen Pless, his two nephews, Scott Gallagher and Sean Baur and his niece, Tricia Pless.

Marty was a teacher on Long Island, NY for 7 years before moving to Broomfield, CO in 1979. He worked in pharmaceutical sales and management for many years before returning to what he loved most - teaching. He then spent nearly another decade teaching in Jefferson County at schools like Chatfield High School, Deer Creek Middle School, and Standley Lake High School. He loved his kids dearly.

A funeral Mass will be held at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church on October 17, 2025, Rosary beginning at 1 PM, Mass beginning at 1:30 PM with a celebration of his life at the Copper Leaf Gardens at 1200 Miramonte St., Broomfield, CO beginning at 3:30 PM until 6:30 PM.
