Loren Duane Grant, a kind and compassionate soul with a zest for life, passed away peacefully. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Grant; children Lucas, Carla, and Wesley Akers; grandchildren Dylan, Dalton, Jaxson, and Connor Akers; and all of Loren’s siblings, who he deeply cherished. Loren dedicated his life to helping others as a Peace Corps volunteer, Longmont Emergency Unit member, and brilliant registered nurse. Known for his quick wit and warm heart, Loren loved camping with his wife, family, and dog. His love for people, family, animals, and life will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
