We are deeply saddened to share the passing of our beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, and friend Kyle Alan Hays on January 17, 2024.
Kyle was born in Sioux City, Iowa to Alan and Gina Hays. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. He was an accomplished Senior Clinical Field Representative at Medtronic for over 10 years, and was very passionate about his field of work. Kyle helped save many lives and was greatly admired by doctors, surgeons, and colleagues. Kyle had a deep love for music and attended many concerts with his friends and family. He conquered many mountains, and summited 20 of Colorado’s 14,000 foot peaks. He enjoyed skiing and hiking with his Dad, and spending time with his family in Colorado. Kyle had a beautiful home that he and his Mother decorated with a view of the mountains and backyard full of prairie dogs. We are very grateful for all of his friends he met in Iowa City, Chicago, and Denver over the years. Kyle’s friends and family meant everything to him.
Kyle is survived by his parents, Alan and Gina, and his brothers Konner and Kaleb.
