Judith Evelyn Chaisson

Judith Evelyn Chaisson, 79, passed away on Tuesday January 19, 2021 at Golden Pond Retirement Home in Golden, Colorado. She was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Leonard L. Chaisson, in 2016. 

Judy was born April 14, 1941 in Manchester, NH, the daughter of Everett Johnson and Stefanie Cebula. She and Lenny moved to Bow, NH in 1971, where they lived for 45 years. Judy relocated to Golden, CO in 2019 to be closer to her son and daughter. She was a homemaker and an Avon Representative and she and Lenny enjoyed traveling and camping with friends and family. Judy loved cats, adopting a few well-loved furry friends over the years. 

Judy leaves a son, Lee Chaisson, of Golden, Colorado, a daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Mark Day, of Seattle, Washington, two grandchildren, Sam and Jillian Chaisson, and her brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Martha Johnson. 

There will be a memorial service in New Hampshire later this year. In lieu of flowers, her family welcomes donations made in Judy’s name to the New Hampshire SPCA or to a charity of choice.
