Josephine Marie Hernandez

Josephine Marie Hernandez, born July 4, 1925, passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 97 years old. 

A trusted employee, Josephine worked for Gates Rubber Co. in Denver, Colorado for 30 years. Josephine married the love of her life, Paul Hernandez, and went on to have four sons; Paul Jr., Paulie, Philip, and Edward. Paul and Josephine were happily married for 78 years. 

Josephine thoroughly loved traveling, taking photographs, and collecting post cards of all the places her and Paul visited. They amassed over 300 post cards total throughout their lifetime, and made many scrapbooks to showcase them. 

Josephine is survived by her husband Paul, her sons Edward and Philip (Belinda) Hernandez, her brothers John and Frank Castro, five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Josephine is preceded in death by her Mother, Father, her sons Paul Jr. and Paul (Paulie), five sisters, and five brothers.
