Joan Margaret Casey Obituary

Joan M. Casey, 88 of Fairfield Glade, TN passed away peacefully with her family on September 14, 2023 in Broomfield, CO.  She was born December 21, 1934 to the late Joseph and Margaret McCauley.


Joan had many hobbies but her passion was painting.  Her home was filled with many beautiful oil paintings including ones of all her great-grandchildren that they will cherish dearly.  She enjoyed golf, tennis, playing bridge and planting her many beautiful flowers.


Survivors include her daughter Suzan Burns of Broomfield, CO, her grandchildren Jamie (Robert) Abeyta of Thornton, CO and Casey (Nadia) Kantenwein of Myakka City, FL.  Her six great-grandchildren Alexis, Tony, Jake, Cole, Rilynn and Brinley.


She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Edmond M. Casey and her daughter Jane (Tom) Berry of Rome, GA.


Funeral services will be private in the Spring.  Donations can be made to Fairfield Glade United Methodist Church, 231 Westchester Drive, Crossville, TN 38558.
