Jeremy James Smith

Jeremy was a son, a brother, an uncle, a loyal friend, and a provider and hard worker, but most importantly, he became an incredible father.

He is survived by his family: one son, Connor Smith, and two daughters; Adelyn & Oakleigh Smith, his girlfriend, Reanna Velasquez, and her son, Furious Velasquez.

Jeremy is also survived by his two siblings; sister, Amy Smith, and and identical twin brother, Nick Smith, along with Nick’s wife, Ashlie Smith. He is survived by his parents, Tracy Smith and Eric Smith, and two nieces; Lillianne and Leila Smith.  

Jeremy lived life fully from when he was a child to the end. He never held back. He never showed it if he was scared. He was so strong, incredibly sweet, most definitely inappropriate, and always funny. Making someone laugh was always his way.

We all love you so very much. We will miss you every single second from here forward.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Jeremy at The Chateaux at Fox Meadows in Broomfield on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 12:00 pm.
