Donald Lyle McCuiston

With our deepest sorrow, we announce that Donald Lyle McCuiston (Donnie) our beloved son, brother, father, grandson, spouse, and friend passed suddenly on October 10, 2021. Those who knew Donnie well or just a little lost a shining light in their lives. Donnie was born in Englewood Colorado and grew up in Westminster Colorado. Donnie attended Northglenn High School where he was a varsity football player and varsity baseball pitcher. Donnie worked in the automotive industry most of his career as a salesman and four-wheel drive parts expert. Donnie’s top priority was being a great father to his three children. Donnie was an outdoor enthusiast and was an accomplished fly fisherman. He also enjoyed hitting the four-wheel trails with his Jeep or Toyota. He enjoyed hiking with his family in the mountains and any outdoor activity away from the big city. Donnie was also a huge sports fan especially NFL football where he dominated his fantasy football league most years. Donnie is loved so much and survived by his Mother Debbie McCuiston, Father Ron McCuiston, Sister Cailey Linenberger, Brother-in-law Jonathan Linenberger, Daughter Kiya Anderson, Son Jaycob McCuiston, Daughter Sierra McCuiston, Grandmother Joyce Trippe, Grandmother Jody McCuiston, Ex-wife Jessica Atkins, Aunt Wanda Kellogg, Uncle Ernie Kellogg, Aunt Joeke McCuiston, Uncle Dave McCuiston, Cousin Laura Jameson, Cousin Wade Kellogg, Cousin Melissa Hellstrom, Cousin Brianna McCuiston and Best friend Brian Mowers. Your family knows you are in heaven now spending happy times with Grandpa McCuiston, Grandpa Hansen, Grandma Hansen and Papa Trippe. The family is welcoming you to his memorial service that will be held at 11:00 AM at the Westminster Christian Church at 3575 West 96th Avenue on November 13, 2021, followed by a celebration of life party. In lieu of flowers, donations requested to the Epilepsy Foundation of America.
