Charlene Anne Horan was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Tracy Horan, and beloved brother, John Runnberg. Charlene is survived by her two sisters, Dee Ballman and Anne Wells; her son, Jesse (Amy) Horan; and her cherished grandchildren, Logan Horan and Tanner and Delaney Rutigliano.

Charlene spent the last 30 years of her life in Colorado, where she built lasting friendships and cherished memories. Before that, she called Minnesota home for the first 45 years of her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
