Obituary

Benjamin Lovato, 49, died unexpectedly April 25, 2021. Ben was born April 12, 1972, in Denver, Colorado, the son of Anthonette Gonzales and Gregory Lovato.

Ben graduated from Lester Arnold High School, Class of 1990. Ben worked for Lutheran Medical Center for 26 years, 16 of those years as a Sterile Processing Supervisor. Ben was very ambitious and decided to leave the hospital and do something he loved, flipping houses. He then decided to get his broker license and went to work for Remax. Ben loved the before and after pictures of the houses he flipped.

Ben loved the outdoors, in the winter and spring he was snowboarding and in the summer and fall he was camping or on the bike trails. The one thing he did all year that he loved was playing volleyball and going to the gym.  Whether it be the beach or the mountains one of his favorite things was going on vacation with his family.

Ben has a plethora of family and friends. He was very close with his family, cousins and friends and would always be there for them no matter what. He loved his girlfriend, Shavon, and her family dearly. The thing he loved most was his children, Nathaniel, Cam and Gia.

Ben was preceded in death by grandfather, Ben Lovato, grandmother, Theresa Lovato, grandfather, Juan Armendariz, grandmother Esther Armendariz and step father, Phil Gonzales.
