Jayne Rutlen

Jayne Ellen Rutlen, age 68, passed away peacefully in her sleep late morning of February 19 of 2019 in Jefferson County, Colorado. 

Born on July 30 of 1950 in San Jose, California, Jayne was the eldest of four daughters born to John and Jayne Whiteside. She lived in San Jose from birth until 1977, when she married Mark Rutlen and relocated to Westminster, Colorado. She has two children, Raina and David Rutlen. 

Jayne was a loving mother who nurtured close connections to both her children throughout their lives. Her love of Elvis was as grand as her personality, his music never failing to bring a smile to her face and a brightness in her eyes, even through her final days. Jayne was an intelligent person who enjoyed mathematics. She will be missed by her remaining family throughout California and Colorado.
