Frank L. Everhard, 87, of Broomfield, Colorado, passed peacefully on January 10, 2019 with his beloved children close at hand.
He is preceded in death by a son, Brad J. Everhard.
Frank is survived by his son, Kreg Everhard of Eagle, Colorado, his daughter, Shari (Dennis) Lantgen of Broomfield, Colorado, two grand children; Jay (Kassie) Lantgen, and Stephanie Lantgen, both of Colorado; and three great-grand children. Frank is also survived by his long time partner, Betty Walenta of Houston, Texas.
Frank loved the outdoors and it’s wildlife-especially it’s birds. There was not a feathered friend he couldn’t name on sight. Frank was an avid fisherman, hunting enthusiast and amateur photographer. He truly enjoyed professional baseball and his favorite team was the Houston Astros. Frank was a man of many talents; He left us with his photography, his art, his inventions, and many fond memories of his great sense of humor.
Frank was a loving father. He thought the world of his family and was always there for them at any time of need. He was a proud patriot and a US Navy veteran of the Korean War.
A Memorial Service for Frank will be held at Black Hills National Cemetery on Monday, June 17, 2019 at 2:30 pm.
